Our business model has industry trained staff working from Sydney, Melbourne, & Brisbane, with a manager also in New Zealand. The business is Sustainable – with online IT, HR, Account management and systems/servers allowing our Australian service staff to work from home offices in a Covid safe managed environment. At July 2022, Fees for a 2-3 FTE Australian team at $495 per week. Online and onsite training, as needed.

CEA is fully Australian owned – using a mix of telephone, email, web, socials and text channels to provide full resolution HelpDesk services. The company works under contract for a select group of Australian and Multinational Online Retail, State Government, Healthcare and FMCG Consumer service providers.
